Shipping policy
- Processing Time: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Tracking Activation: As soon as your package is handed over to the logistics courier, a tracking link will be automatically generated and emailed to you. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update with active milestones.
- Standard Delivery Window: Total estimated delivery takes up to 14 business days from the date of purchase.
- Express Carrier Logistics: While we officially advise a 14 business day window to account for standard transit safeguards, we utilize premium express fulfillment lines. Under normal routing conditions, your package will typically arrive much quicker, frequently within 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
- Delays beyond our control: Please note that estimated delivery windows can occasionally be impacted by external factors such as seasonal courier volume, severe weather conditions, or local port backlogs.
- Verify the exact delivery drop location shown in the courier's delivery photo.
- Check with neighbors or your building's main reception/parcel locker.
- If you suspect your package was stolen post-delivery, you must file a mail theft report with your local police department and contact your local mail carrier service directly to open an investigation. GlowLift will not issue refunds or free replacements for verified, carrier-confirmed deliveries.
- Incorrect Addresses: GlowLift cannot modify shipping labels once an order has been dispatched from the fulfillment facility.
- Loss Liability: If a package is lost, misdelivered, or returned to sender because an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address was provided at checkout, the customer assumes full financial liability. GlowLift will not issue a refund, credit, or complimentary reshipment under these circumstances.
- Customer Responsibility: International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, or regional VAT charges upon arrival in the destination country. All such additional charges are the sole financial responsibility of the customer.
- Refused Shipments: If a customer refuses to accept a delivery or fails to collect their package from a local pickup point due to customs fees, the carrier will abandon or return the package. Any return-to-sender surcharges or administrative fees levied by the courier will be strictly deducted from any potential store refund.
