Refund & Returns Policy
Refund and Returns Policy:
1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel
In accordance with UK law, you have the right to cancel your order for any physical product within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return under this period, the item must be completely unused, in its original condition, and sent back at your own expense. Because our products (including night splints and massage rollers) come into direct contact with the body, they are classified as hygiene products. For health protection and hygiene reasons, your right to cancel is instantly voided if the protective packaging or hygiene seal has been opened or broken. Unsealed or used items returned under a change of mind are non-refundable, as their commercial resale value is £0.00.
Refunds for valid, sealed returns cover the cost of the product plus our basic standard outward shipping charge. Any premium or expedited delivery upgrades are non-refundable.
2. Our Extended 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on all our physical products. This extended guarantee applies after your initial 14-day statutory cancellation window has passed.
To be eligible you must have used the product consistently for a minimum of 14 nights and submit your request between day 15 and day 30 following your delivery date.
To request a refund under this guarantee, email hello@glowlift.co.uk with your order number and a brief note on your experience. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
This extended guarantee covers the product purchase price only. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not covered. Once your refund is approved it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you have the right to a full refund.
Contact us at hello@glowlift.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. If the fault is confirmed we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including all original shipping charges and your reasonable return postage costs.
4. Digital Products
Digital products including PDF guides and downloadable content are non-refundable once download or access has begun. By completing your purchase of a digital product you expressly consent to the content being made available immediately and acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived from the point of access.
If you have not yet accessed your digital product you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@glowlift.co.uk.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any point before dispatch by emailing hello@glowlift.co.uk. We will issue a full refund with no deductions.
Once your order has been dispatched you retain the right to cancel under Section 1 above. In this case the item must be returned to us before a refund is issued. Return shipping costs in this scenario are your responsibility.
6. Contact

Built because the treatments I was recommending weren't working either.
Dr. Patel spent eleven years in aesthetic medicine. She understood skin structure. She understood collagen remodelling, fascia, the difference between the epidermis and the dermis. She understood what body contouring clinics actually do at a tissue level — the kind of detail that only comes from performing the same procedures thousands of times.
What she didn't expect was to become the patient who couldn't fix her own skin.
After her second pregnancy, the loose skin on her abdomen didn't respond to anything she had access to professionally. She knew why — the dermis and the subcutaneous fascia had been stretched beyond what topical products could reach. Creams sit on the surface. The problem was deeper. She knew this clinically and it still didn't help her.
She started looking at what the clinic devices were actually doing. The mechanism, not the marketing. Dynamic suction to mobilise the fascial layer. Red light to signal fibroblast activity. EMS to drive muscle tone beneath the skin. All available in clinical settings. None of it available at home for a price that made sense.
"The technology existed. It just lived behind a clinic door and a £200-a-session price tag. I wasn't trying to build a brand. I was trying to solve a problem I was embarrassed to have, given everything I knew professionally."
Two years of sourcing, testing, and rejecting devices that didn't hit the clinical standard later — this is the result.
We know what you've already tried.
Not because we read it in a forum. Because we heard it directly — from women who spent years applying firming creams that did nothing, booking clinic appointments they couldn't sustain, wearing shapewear not because they wanted to but because they felt like they had no other option.
The pattern was the same every time. The product worked on the surface. The skin felt softer, sometimes smoother. But it didn't get tighter. Because tighter requires reaching the tissue layer underneath — the dermis, the fascia — and no cream, no matter how expensive or how well marketed, can do that. It cannot physically penetrate that far.
That last number matters most. 92% would use it again — not because there was nothing else available, but because for loose skin that creams and clinics hadn't fixed, nothing else had worked.
Our standards. No shortcuts.
The Technology
Dynamic cupping, red light therapy and EMS are not trends. They are the same mechanisms used in body contouring clinics — chosen because the evidence exists for what they do at a tissue level, not because they photograph well.
At Home, Not a Clinic
Clinic-grade results should not require clinic-grade prices or a standing appointment. The SculptPro was built to deliver the same mechanical and light-based signals at home, in ten minutes, without gel, without assistance, without a waiting list.
No Gimmicks
We will not tell you this works in three days. We will not show you a before and after that isn't real. The mechanism takes weeks because building collagen takes weeks. We say eight weeks because that is when the evidence shows meaningful change — and because we would rather you trust the result than be disappointed by an impossible promise.
